Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for product design and develop; Manage the RD team and provide professional training;
• Understand the customers’ requirements to deliver technical and commercial designs
• Maintain the Customer Relationship for long-term cooperation
• Knowing the possible Sales Channels to support the Solution and Sales Team

Position Requirements

• Business Skills Requirements:
• Experience in Project management; PMP in priority; 
• Educational background in related fields is not necessary, but it is a plus
• Open-minded personality and love to work in a multi-cultural organization
• Hands-on mentality, eager to learn and develop yourself continuously
• Good communication skills
• Have the ability to work under pressure
• Very good command of English (verbal and written)
• Professional Knowledge Requirement:
• Providing tailored technical solutions and solution optimizations for new/key customers
• Work closely with Account Management and other departments to ensure successful project deliveries
